I’ve worked in the flooring industry for more than 20 years.
I’ve coordinated thousands of installations, worked with suppliers and installers across the region, and seen firsthand how flooring projects succeed, and how they go wrong.
I’ve seen:
• the wrong product sold for the space
• important details missed during planning
• warranty issues caused by installation shortcuts
• damaged material arrive at homes
• homeowners pressured into decisions they didn’t fully understand
Most of the time, nobody is trying to create problems. The issue is that every part of the process is focused on a different priority.
Stores want to sell.
Installers want to keep projects moving.
Manufacturers follow their own rules and warranty policies.
Very few people are focused entirely on helping the homeowner make the best long-term decision.
That’s the gap FlooringHelp is built to fill.
I don’t sell flooring.
I don’t represent a manufacturer.
I don’t earn commission on what you choose.
My role is simple:
help you avoid costly mistakes, ask the right questions, and make informed decisions before you spend money.
Clear, independent flooring advice, before you commit.
